Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before engaging with Gammutt Design ("we," "us," or "our").

1. Services Provided

Gammutt Design provides senior-level product design, UI/UX, and prototyping services. Engagement details, deliverables, and timelines will be explicitly outlined in a Statement of Work (SOW) or a formal service agreement before work begins.

2. Payment Terms

Payments for monthly retainers are due upfront at the start of each billing cycle unless otherwise stipulated. For fixed-scope projects, payment schedules (typically consisting of an upfront deposit and milestone deliverables) will be outlined in the SOW.

3. Intellectual Property

Upon receipt of full payment for a given deliverable or billing cycle, all intellectual property rights to the completed designs are automatically transferred to the client. Gammutt Design retains the right to display the work in portfolios and promotional materials unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is signed protecting the specific materials.

4. Revisions and Feedback

We adhere to continuous feedback loops. Radical scope changes outside the bounds of an agreed fixed-scope project may require an amended SOW and additional costs. Month-to-month retainers operate under a continuous backlog approach where scope is highly flexible.

5. Limitation of Liability

Gammutt Design shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from the use or inability to use the delivered work.
